An up-and-coming musical trio will be completing off a series of world-class performances at a north Norfolk school next month.

Trio Isimsiz, the final highlight of this year's subscription concerts at Gresham's School, Holt, will be playing on Wednesday June 4 at 8pm.

The concert will be at the Auden Theatre.

It follows performances from Nikolai Demidenko, Angela Hewitt, Julia Schröder, Andrea Oliva, European Union Chamber Orchestra, Raphael Wallfisch and John York.

Trio Isimsiz features Suffolk-born pianist Erdem Misirlioglu, violinist Pablo Hernán Benedí from Madrid and cellist Michael Petrov from Bulgaria.

The musical group was formed in 2009 at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.

Erdem Misirlioglu was born in 1990 and is currently completing a masters at the prestigious music college.

In 2008 he was a concerto finalist in the BBC Young Musician Competition and has given a piano recital at Snape Maltings, near Aldeburgh, Suffolk.

The Holt concert will include music by Haydn, Beethoven and Schubert.

Tickets cost £15 and can be bought by calling the Auden Box Office on 01263 713444 or visiting www.greshams.com.

Other musical concerts at the Auden include the Chris Cooper Trio, who will be returning by popular demand tomorrow at 8pm.

The group has a vibrant take on traditional jazz and has worked with a variety of artists including quirky singer Paloma Faith.

Tickets cost £10.
