I am a wheelchair user, and although things have changed for the better in many ways in recent years I still find it difficult to plan an evening out with friends where I don't have to worry about finding an accessible loo.
So well done The Whalebone, and here's hoping other pubs follow suit and recognise that providing facilities for everyone will mean an increase in custom not only from disabled people but from their family and friends as well.
