When booking a hotel or restaurant, how many of us look up the reviews and ratings before booking? How many of us would be put off if the reviews weren't full of anything but five star?
This is why we're so proud to be a five star rated housebuilder. This year marks the eighth consecutive year we've been awarded the five star accolade by the Home Builders Federation (HBF), the rating means that 90% of our customers would recommend us to a friend. Barratt Group, of which David Wilson Homes is part of, is the only major national homebuilder to have achieved this.
The HBF survey is one of the largest customer surveys of its type, with more than 50,000 customers taking part in it. It was developed to give customers an independent quality rating of the new homes being built across the country, with the star rating a handy guide for customers to quickly see which housebuilders have the highest recommendation scores.
Of course, behind our five star rating are our customers, they are at the heart of everything we do and we strive to create high quality homes within strong new communities at every development. We work hard to look after our customers and make fantastic places to live, and the proof is in what our customers say, with over 90% saying they would recommend us.
The rating is really important to us, but it should be more so to our potential future customers, don't just take our word for it, take the word of thousands of past customers who have found their dream home with us and given us our rating.
