An insurance manager from Norwich took part in an overnight cycling challenge in aid of the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
Debbie Girling, customer service manager at Swinton Group's Norwich branch, and her husband Richard cycled 120 miles in 12 hours as part of the Dunwich Dynamo event.
The annual bike ride consists of 3,500 cyclists and starts in London Fields, Hackney, with riders travelling through the night to reach Dunwich beach, on the Suffolk coast.
Together they raised £1,830, which included a £610 donation from Swinton, for the air ambulance.
Mrs Girling said: 'We wanted to put our love of sport to good use and support an essential local service which had helped one of our relatives.
'Riding through the night was tricky, especially the last 20 miles as dawn came up but we kept going knowing we were raising money for such a worthwhile service.'
