Jamie's Italian was just what you should expect from a well known chef and entrepeneur. I visited the Monday of the opening weekend, and the food was excellent and "not" overly priced, (I have been charged worse in other establishments around the city and surrounding areas), the staff were very good and actually pleased to be there, service was topclass. Yes the wine was a bit pricey but I would highly recommend the Sicilian Shiraz. Lovely surroundings and ambience, well worth a visit. Look out the rest of Norwich's restaurants you have somewhere to emulate and be compared against.
