Great British Chefs provide a full three course dinner for you to treat your Mum with this Mother’s day.
Josh Eggleton supplies three special dishes for you to try this weekend – scallop pops, salmon en papillote and caramel panna cotta with homemade gingerbread.
Josh started off in a humble chip shop at the age of 15. He became a Gordon Ramsey Scholar in 2003, experienced the kitchens of Sicily, America and France, and returned to transform Bristol’s The Pony & Trap into the Michelin star gastro pub it is today.
Eggleton shows a real understanding of ingredients and flavours, and produces simple and playful dishes.
