The scent of cooked bacon filled the air in Aylsham this morning as scores of hungry guests flooded into the town hall for a traditional full English.
More than 100 diners took a seat for the ever popular Big Slow Breakfast, the final event in the Aylsham Food festival calendar.
Guests queued patiently for their plates, that were piled high with bacon, eggs and sausage, before helping themselves to hunks of fresh bread, glasses of orange juice and steaming pots of tea and coffee.
Mouth watering smells from the kitchen mingled with happy chatter as diners took their seats with friends and family to enjoy the locally sourced produce.
Among the guests was Kiwi Masterchef Chris Coubrough, Sarah de Chair, chairman of the Norfolk Food and Drink Festival and Vanessa Scott, owner of Stratton’s Hotel and Restaurant in Swaffham.
