It may have been the fourth time of asking, but Lowestoft Town have finally booked their place in the Skrill Conference, following Monday’s 3-0 win over AFC Hornchurch in the Ryman League Premier Division play-off final.

  • Congratulations for a fantastic achievement - from a Blues fan living 3500 miles away, but who follows via regular updates from my family, who all remain local! I was a year below Micky Chapman at Roman Hill and, while it seems strange to see him without the "Kevin Keegan Hair" in pictures - its great to see his unbridled joy at what he has helped the club to achieve. Nice Work!!

  • Well done guys. Good game, superb team work and a great result . We raised our tankards and downed a few pints of Trawlerboys to celebrate, rounded off the day nicely. All the best. Onwards and upwards.

  • I listened to the match at home on Radio Partridge. It seems that a high proportion of the 2,697 (official?) crowd were from Norfolk. I`ve never felt Lowestoft was very "Suffolky" really. More Honorary Norfolk? Maybe we could do a swap with the fragrant Grate Foulmouth? Looking forward to your local Green Jack Brewery producing a Special Edition of Trawlerboys` Best Bitter in celebration.... as they did for Norwich with Premier Canary. Happier Days... ;-D for Low Stuff, :-(( for Naaridge....

  • I travelled to the three previous play-off finals but yesterday was worth the 400 mile round trip from Leeds to support my home town team. Lowestoft has lost a lot in recent years so this is great for the town and the team.
