Phil Sharpe’s side bounced back from four successive defeats last Saturday when they edged a tight game against Ruislip 12-10.

The hosts failed to cross for a try and were indebted to the kicking of Chris Beaird, who slotted over four penalties, including a late winner, to settle the match.

Diss are sure to have another tough game tomorrow against a side who they lost to 30-24 back in October. Brentwood are currently fifth in the table, two places are 13 points clear of tomorrow’s opponents.
