BMX superstar Mike Mullen wowed lucky Springwood High School students by showing off his skills.
The former world champion visited the King’s Lynn school as part of his role as a Sky Sports’ Living for Sport programme mentor.
He spoke to Year 11 students about sitting their GCSE exams and how they should let hobbies and their interests take a back seat until their studies are over.
Mullen then spent a two-hour session with Year 10 pupils as part of a cross-curricular link with the science department. During the lesson, students looked at the forces involved in performing BMX stunts.
To top his visit off, after watching him perform his bag of tricks, teenagers were able to have a go at some of their own thanks to the cycle ace bringing two bikes and several ramps with him.
Norwich City has released the first images of its new kit for the 2013/14 Premier League season - and released an online video to promote it.
