Sports fans can get the inside track on winning a Paralympic gold medal in Norwich next month.

Paralympic champion Jessica-Jane Applegate’s coach Alex Pinniger will deliver a two-hour seminar at the University of East Anglia Sportspark.

The seminar, organised by Active Norfolk, will cover his experiences of the London 2012 Paralympic Games, the pressures of competing, the coach-athlete relationship and life post-London 2012.

Mr Pinniger hopes to offer an insight into being part of an athlete’s journey to victory, from the perspective of a coach delivering within a community club in Norfolk.

The seminar will be held on December 3, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Tickets for the event cost £10 and can be booked through www.activenorfolk.org/courses
