Norwich City’s players are enjoying that winning feeling this morning and here’s your chance to rate their performances during yesterday’s 1-0 success at Sheffield United.
Yanic Wildschut’s 23rd-minute strike proved decisive at Bramall Lane as City brought an end to a four-game winning streak for the hosts in a hard-fought encounter.
Seven yellow cards were shown in the second half, five of them going to Norwich players as referee Scott Duncan lost control of a boisterous second half – sending United boss Chris Wilder to the stands for entering the City technical area and kicking bottles over as rushed to kick the ball down the touchline.
That was part of the perceived frustration for the home crowd as their collective moans piled the pressure on Daniel Farke’s team, who stood firm to keep their third consecutive clean sheet and make it seven points from a possible nine since the international break, moving them up to 12th in the Championship table.
