Norwich City youngster Louis Ramsay is ready for the next stage in his career after completing a season-long loan move to Conference Premier Woking.

The 19-year-old full-back has been a regular in City's development squad over the past 12 months, but wants to test himself at the Cards, who finished 18th in the fifth tier last season.

Ramsay, who signed a two-year professional deal at Norwich in 2016, was an unused substitute for the Canaries' FA Cup third round tie against Southampton in January 2017.

'I played Under 23s for the last two years at Norwich, I just think I needed a new challenge, and men's first team football is what I really wanted,' he told the Cards' official site. 'Woking gave me that opportunity and I'll never turn that down.'

Ramsay is the latest young player at Carrow Road set for senior action on loan after Ebou Adams and Carlton Morris linked up with League One Shrewsbury.
