Norwich City have completed their 10th signing of the off-season, on the eve of the 2017-18 Championship campaign moving into first gear.

Former Werder Bremen and Den Haag midfielder Tom Trybull has signed on a free transfer, the 24-year-old German signing an initial one-year deal with the Canaries.

Trybull becomes the fourth player with links to Germany to sign since the arrival of head coach Daniel Farke in May, following on from German defenders Christoph Zimmermann and Marcel Franke, as well as Bosnia & Herzegovina international Mario Vrancic.

Zimmermann followed Farke and his coaching staff across from Borussia Dortmund U23s on a free, Vrancic joined following Darmstadt’s relegation from the Bundesliga and Franke from Bundesliga II side Greuther Furth.

Also signed have been forward Marley Watkins on a free from Barnsley, goalkeeper Angus Gunn and mifielder Harrison Reed on loan from Premier League clubs Manchester City and Southampton respectively, as well as left-back James Husband from Middlesbrough for around £1million.

Two youngsters have also arrived with an eye on the future, former Liverpool academy midfielder Adam Phillips on a free and Leyton Orient striker Tristan Abrahams in a deal worth up to £250,000, before heading back to orient on loan for the season.

Take a look at some of the best of the reaction to Trybull’s signing above.
