Manager Neil Adams introduced new signing Lewis Grabban to the media today – but insists fellow strikers Gary Hooper, Ricky van Wolfswinkel and Luciano Becchio remain part of his plans.

Adams talked about the attributes of Grabban and fellow new striker Kyle Lafferty – who will meet up with his new team-mates for the first time at a training camp at the Football Association’s St George’s Park, in Burton, tomorrow.

The City boss hopes his new signings will provide him more attacking options in the Championship, after just 28 goals in 38 games led to the Canaries being relegated from the Premier League last season.

  • I sort of favour keeping Becchio & Hooper, leaving us Lafferty, Grabban, Becchio, Hooper + Loza & Morris `keeping them honest`. Though possibly we`ll be saying goodbye to Hoops, Winkel & Becchio? Surely there`s some mileage in Luca? All will be revealed.

  • Im not too sure how much game time is expected for Loza or Morris but even excluding them cant see all others remaining at NCFC either by their choice or possibly in some cases the clubs. I wouldn't object to holding onto them until at least January so we can reappraise who is playing and hopefully scoring from the new recruits and the existing players, after all we dont need to sell as we have been told!

  • Guess the one on his way (perm) will be Hooper then... and then Benchio too no doubt.

  • So, including Loza we have 6 strikers. Plus Carlton Morris... But we`ll keep them all. Of course we will
