I want to complain about this content:

Extra time. how are minutes calculated.?? Does the 4th official show 3 mins when the ref tells him 2mins and forty one seconds;and does he show 3 mins when the ref advises 3 mins and twenty six seconds. so when you see a whole minute shown I guess the ref could blow 30 seconds either way.
