Also, Timbo, my proposal of an offshore development on Scroby Sands is now less attractive due to the imminent arrival, in the North Sea, of a massive shoal of giant mutated piranhas! That`ll put off all the paragliders & windsurfers etc. Also, the ball boys would be reluctant to swim out and collect stray balls. Hey-ho. :-(
