Such negative tactics at home against very average opposition creates a lack of confidence within the team. Even the players must be thinking we must not lose rather than we must win. Hoots may be a good coach but an awful tactician. The players will need to have their confidence lifted after 9 games without a win. They have got to believe that they are good enough to win games. Tactic must change. If they don't soon, we are going to be in a right ding dong relegation battle.
