el dingo, I had a protracted dialogue with a lady @ Archant who serves as PA to the Company Secretary. She was very polite and, I believe, genuinely tried to be helpful, but was wheeling out excuses about "Servers" and "IT" blah blah. I think you & I did compare notes at the time? Anyway, the Staff Trolls at Archant Towers are still prolific, mainly in the guises of Ged\Rob Steroo & Liz Knott. One & the same? The "Rob" one specialises in irritating Ipswich fans.
