Morgan Amalfitano’s 16-minute strike proved enough to earn the visitors all three points on Saturday, leading to an acrimonious atmosphere at the final whistle and the Canaries looking desperately over their shoulders at the top-flight drop zone.

The Baggies’ Spanish manager Pepe Mel and City boss Chris Hughton also give their verdicts on the result.

  • well I think its a certainty that our latest run in the prem is at an end we as a small club will always struggle at this level so enjoy the last few games then the battle begins all over again , been unfortunate that the signings made have not been fruitful and gelled with the squad .But we have a strong fan base and want to see committed attacking and most of all entertaining football on the pitch with a passionate squad of players . Good luck with your new job Chris thought about Ipswich !
