Michael Turner has well and truly overcome his nightmare start to life with Norwich City and produced some solid performances
He kept up the good work against Chelsea winning everything in the air and making some timely tackles and interceptions on the ground.
Turner never gave Spanish striker Fernando Torres much in the way of encouragement.
The Canaries are reportedly closing in on the signing of Blackburn’s Swedish international Martin Olsson.

Fair comment, spanishcanary. I confess I was a Turner critic but have since overdosed on `Umble Pie. As goldeneadie says, Turner was a rock at Hull and the fans appreciated him greatly. Odd that O`Neill let him leave Sunderland in such a seemingly off-hand way "He can stay if he`d rather" sort of thing. I think M O`N still has the thorny problem of Bramble in his defence. That`s as Titus he can be. Sorreee!

Agreed MB, I thought BJ was good and has worked his socks off this season. However, maybe Turner deserves this one considering the about of abuse he had early on. He has worked hard to turn his season around and put in a fine display.

Perhaps he was a "significant other", Lord Horn? BJ has slipped to 5%. Cafu may have his chance to reclaim the RB spot while Whits is injured, but SW does bring a bit extra to the game.
