Robert Snodgrass is reportedly on his way to Carrow Road for talks.

Norwich City have reportedly agreed a fee with Leeds for captain Robert Snodgrass.
Sky Sports News reported this morning that the two clubs have agreed a fee for the Scottish international.
Leeds confirmed last week they had rejected an initial offer for the 24-year-old, who is about to enter the final year of his current contract and has yet to sign a new Elland Road deal.
The left winger finished last season with 13 goals and 14 assists - the second-highest in the Championship and was voted both Leeds’ Fans Player of the Year and Player’s Player of the Year.
Canaries boss Chris Hughton was quoted at the weekend: “Everybody now is aware that we have made a bid for him. Leeds have come out with that with regards to their thoughts and feelings on the matter but, as I say, I can only leave that to the important people at the club.
“With any players you identify and wish to bring to the club you would rather do it sooner than later. In most occasions that is not the case particularly in this league and hence if you look at the amount of business the Premier League clubs have done up until now it is not massive and there is no doubt over the next few weeks and certainly the last couple of weeks of the window possibly the bulk of business will be done.”
Norwich defender Sebastien Bassong is predicting good times ahead with the Canaries in the Premier League, after finally breaking his own personal spiral of career lows.

I have to say that I always thought the term "working journalists" is an oxymoron, so it must be Leeds communicating better! HOWEVER, who would you rather have in charge, the non communicators from NCFC or the team of Colin and Satan?

Just a precis, DocOhNo, of original post. I had a non-trolling look @ YEP too. Some severe bile aimed at Snods and at their Club. Do Leeds communicate better with their local press, or do YEP journos just TRY a bit harder than our boys?

DocOhNo, I`ve just had a look at the YEP too, (NO intention of leaving a posting!!). There are about 300 postings on there, some of which are quite poisonous. Snodgrass is now a "useless player" so they should be glad he`s gone? One contributor has wished career threatening injury upon him and several others were blocked for what were presumably even nastier comments. Makes us Canaries look like pussycats. Colin is clearly more vocal in his communications with the local Press than our heirarchy is. Or perhaps the YEP just tries harder?

If £3million is correct, then voters in the 2-3 and 3-4 categories were all right! 67% of voters correct. Who said we Naaarfolk folk int very shaaarp? DocOhNo, it is quite weird that we get so much trollery on our boards. Seems pointless. OTBC. ;-)

Brilliant addition to the squad. The Yorkshire Evening post says a figure of £3M has been agreed and quotes Warnock as saying he did everything he could to keep the player, but without success.

Just had a look at the Yorkshire Evening Post website (not to leave infantile messages like one sad inadequate Leeds fan does here) and given the amount of vitriol being sent towards Snodgrass he seems to have been a very popular player.

There seems to be a pattern developing here. Did DM tell PL and now CH that, as part of the transfer budget, they can buy one Leeds player per transfer window?

Actually, billy the sackracebookie, yuou might as well start supporting Norwich now - we will have over 25% of the team that you think are God's gift to football! You didn't think they were useless when they were at Dirty Leeds!

Can't wait too see Elliott Bennett and Robert Snodgrass battling it out for a place. I think we still NEED 2 Defenders then bring it on OTBC.

It still feels weird, one point we had a tiny squad and were worried about injuries etc. Now our midfield is probably bigger than the squad was. Plenty of youth and talent there now, Snodgrass would be a welcome addition. Just wonder if Lappin & Korey Smith would be better off at a Championship squad, they would be excellent additions to any team. Would be nice to get a big name signing but we've done ok so far without big names.

I hadn`t heard that, Algarve but it would make sense. Colin seems to be recruiting more experienced players at our feeder club.
