Norwich City's winning run at Carrow Road came to an end as they were held for a 1-1 draw by Bristol City.
The Canaries had won eight consecutive Championship matches in NR1 but were held by Liam Manning's well-structured side, who become the first to leave Norfolk with any points since Southampton on New Year's Day.
Haydou Roberts gave the visitors the lead on 55 minutes, sweeping home from Tommy Conway's cutback after a corner was cleared.
Norwich responded immediately when Gabriel Sara slotted Josh Sargent in behind. The American unselfishly squared for Borja Sainz, who tapped the ball into the net to restore parity.
The result saw Norwich fail to capitilise on West Brom's lunchtime defeat to Leicester and leaves them in sixth place with two matches of the Championship season to play.
