The most expensive home sold in Norfolk in November was a former vicarage in Dersingham which was snapped up for £1.25 million.
The latest Land Registry figures show this was the most expensive house to sell in November with the top 15 homes selling for over £500,000.
Nine out of the 15 sold for prices ranging from £500,000-£600,000.
Topping the chart was The Old Vicarage, Shernborne Road, Dersingham, West Norfolk.
The six-bedroom Victorian property in 2.6 acres overlooking Royal Estate-owned grazing land on three sides was sold by estate agents Bedfords.
This was followed by Lakeside House, Fakenham Road, Hoe, in second place, selling for £870,085 with Fine & Country, a grand property overlooking private lakes and grounds.
The third most expensive home to sell in Norfolk in November was in Norwich's Golden Triangle area.
Number 440 Unthank Road, a five-bedroom detached house boasting renovated interiors, went for £775,000 with William H Brown.
Mark Bird, area director for William H Brown, said: 'The fact a Norwich city centre property came in at third shows how in demand these kinds of properties are and there are more buyers out there able to afford them.
'We are finding people no longer want to retire out to the countryside but want to come into the city - either down-size or side-stepping to a home where they can enjoy the amenities of the city on their doorstep.'
