A public consultation will be held in Wymondham at the weekend over plans for the redevelopment of a redundant pub

Citygate Developments will be staging the exhibition regarding the Windmill pub site, in Norwich Road, at an event in Wymondham Central Hall on Saturday.

The company says it has a number of development options.

Local councillor Andy Gardiner said the developer had shown him four different options, which could see the historic pub being demolished for new homes or a mix of housing and a small supermarket on the site.

The consultation, which is being held before the submission of a planning application to South Norfolk Council, will be held between 10am and midday in the Tiffey Room of Central Hall.
