Woman taken to hospital after car ends up in Thornage field

A woman in her 30s was taken to hospital with minor injuries after a car ended up in a north Norfolk field.

The one-vehicle crash happened near Thornage Hall, near Holt, at about 3.15pm today.

Thornage Hall, in Thornage village, provides supportive living accommodation for adults with a learning disabilities.

One crew of firefighters from Holt and paramedics from the East of England Ambulance Service were called.

A spokesman from the ambulance service said the woman was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital as a precaution.
