A woman was taken to hospital on Saturday evening after crashing her car in Brooke, south of Norwich.
Emergency services were called to Norwich Road at 7.50pm, with two fire crews, one from Loddon and one from Sprowston, using hydraulic rescue equipment to cut the woman free.
The woman, in her 20s, was conscious and breathing but with some injuries to her face, including a broken nose.
After initial treatment from paramedics, the woman was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further care.
Naturists are to be banned from a nationally-renowned Norfolk beach following complaints about anti-social behaviour committed in the area.
