A woman’s handbag was stolen when she dropped it in Brandon.

The theft occurred between 11pm and 11.59pm on October 20 on Manor Road.

The 38-year-old was walking home when she became aware of a man walking behind her. She dropped the bag as she began to run.

The man was described as white, between 40 and 50-years-old and between 5ft 7in and 5ft 8in.

He was wearing dark clothes and trainers.
