The woman fell to the ground between 5.15pm and 5.45pm on Saturday, November 3, as a dark blue Alfa Romeo left the Drayton High Road supermarket’s car park.

Another pedestrian was forced to take avoiding action alongside the woman as well.

Officers have identified the driver of the vehicle, who has been interviewed in connection with the incident and enquiries are continuing.

Now police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident. Anyone who can help should contact PC Andy Dye at Taverham Police Station on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
