Heavy rain sweeping Norfolk has left streets flooded and roads blocked, with emergency services bracing themselves for a deluge of calls.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning in the East of England, predicting 'heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms'.
The warning is in place until 7pm, when the rain is expected to stop.
Firefighters are currently at Acle, Blofield, Rackheath, Frettenham, Gorleston, Bradwell, Thetford and Cawston.
The downpour has also left a number of the county's roads blocked.
Police have warned motorists to expect delays on the A47 Blofield bypass due to flooding on both carriageways.
There is flooding on the A1151 Wroxham Road in Rackheath around the Muck Lane junction.
Yarmouth Road, in Blofield is partially blocked at The Street junction, because of flooding, while Bullacebush Lane in the village is closed in both directions due to a vehicle getting stuck in the flood water.
The A140 Norwich Road in Marsham was partially blocked around the Fengate junction, but has now been cleared.
There is also heavy flooding on the A47 at Blofield and on the A149 between Ormesby and Rollesby. Firefighters were called to help pump out of the driveway of one property and a police car was also sent to the scene to help slow down the traffic passing through the flooded area.
Gorleston and Bradwell have also suffered flooding, with Burgh Road, Gorleston and Long Lane in Bradwell reported as being particularly bad.
Police have advised drivers to use their headlights, slow down and increase the gap with the car in front.
First buses has advised passengers that services to Lingwood and Lowestoft will be delayed due to flooding in the areas.
At Little Haubois, near Coltishall, one crew of Sprowston firefighters pumped out water after reports of flooding in the village.
The roads around Cawston are also flooded and just before 3.15pm a Norfolk Fire Service officer was called about flooding on Booton Road, but the services of the brigade were not needed.
Roads around the Orchard Lane area of Aylsham have also flooded.
