More than 375 people have signed a petition demanding Norwich City Council do more to provide homeless shelters during severe weather.

More than 370 people have signed a petition demanding Norwich City Council do more to provide homeless shelters during severe weather. The petition is named ‘Norwich City Council sort shelters out for the homeless in weather like this.’
