California indie-rock band We Are Scientists will be heading to Norwich as part of its UK tour later this year.

The group will be performing at the Waterfront, in the city centre, on March 16 - and it will mark their 400th visit to the UK.

Singer Keith Murray said: “I’m experiencing pleasure just announcing this.

“Imagine how it’ll feel to actually play it.”

The tour concludes with a show at Shepherds Bush Empire on March 20.

We Are Scientists debuted in 2005 With Love and Squalor. They have since released two full length albums, Brain Thrust Mastery and Barbara.
