The Queen has been given a rousing tribute on her 90th birthday by a town crier.

Mike Wabe took to Thetford town centre to wish Her Majesty ‘happy birthday’ just after 11am this morning in a specially-written proclamation.

A beacon will be lit in the town at 7.30pm as part of a day of celebrations.
