Norfolk might have only experienced isolated snow showers today, but families and youngsters have still been able to enjoy plenty of fun in the wintry conditions.

In Norwich people headed to places like Mousehold Heath and St James’ Hill to make the most of their sledges in the winter wonderland.

But the grounds of the University of East Anglia (UEA), normally a centre for academic excellence, also proved popular with the likes of Olivia Stronach, 10, taking to the slopes for a bit of winter sports.
