Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after four people were taken to hospital following a crash on the A140 last night (Friday)
The emergency services were called at 5.30pm to Thornham Magna after a report of a crash involving a blue Nissan Almera and a blue Vauxhall Zafira.
The road was closed and diversions put in place.
Three people in the Vauxhall were injured - the male driver and two teenage boys, one of which sustained serious injuries.
The driver of the Nissan, described as elderly, also sustained injuries, and all were taken to hospital.
The road was re-opened at 9.20pm.
Police would like to hear from anyone who had been travelling along the A140 or who was in the area who saw the vehicles prior to, or when the collision took place.
