A man is in a ‘stable’ condition in hospital after he disturbed a wasps’ nest.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance and a land ambulance were called to an address in Thurgarton, near Aldborough in north Norfolk, just before 2.45pm on Sunday .
The man, in his 40s, was treated by the crew of the after suffering a severe allergic reaction to the wasp stings.
The crews worked to ensure he had a clear airway and administered medication on scene.
He was transferred to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital where his condition is stable.
Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in a garden pond today.
