The A47 between King’s Lynn and Narborough has reopened after a collision involving a car and a lorry.
Emergency services were called shortly before 8am today to reports of a serious accident at Narborough.
The East of England Ambulance Service said it assisted three casualties on the scene, with one man who suffered facial injuries in his 20s taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn for further treatment.
Police shut the road in both directions between the A10 junction with the A149, at King’s Lynn, and the A1122 Dereham Road near Narborough, for nearly four hours while they cleared the scene of the accident.
The lorry was jackknifed and blocking the road, meaning it took a long time to clear. There was also debris and oil to clear up,
