Update: A47 cleared after flooding caused delays between A140 and A11 near Norwich

A47 cleared of flooding which caused delays to drivers.
The Highways Agency had said there were delays of 20 minutes on the westbound lane between the A140 and A11.
Police said they were called about the problems at 10am, and the large puddle across both lanes was caused by rainwater coming off fields.
A police spokesman said car were braking sharply and swerving.
One motorist said there were “very long delays with traffic between standstill and crawling speed”.
The Highways Agency said it was called at 10am, arrived on the scene at 11am and has completely cleared the road by 11.30am.
It said no lanes were closed during the incident.
