Two businesses based on a former RAF airfield near Fakenham have been hit by a major fire.

Norfolk Oak and Naked Kitchens suffered damage in the blaze early this morning.

Two businesses based on a former RAF airfield near Fakenham have been hit by a major fire.

Norfolk Oak and Naked Kitchens suffered damage in the blaze early this morning.

Fire crews were called to a workshop on the old RAF West Raynham site..

The extent of the damage is not yet known and investigations into the cause of the fire are continuing.

Staff are at the site working today.

Appliances from Massingham, Fakenham, Sandringham and King’s Lynn used main and hose reel jets to fight the fire, from about 4.50am.

The Fakenham water carrier was also in use.
