A crash between an ambulance and a van is causing serious traffic delays in Norwich.
Mile Cross Lane is blocked in both directions, with queuing traffic.
FirstNorwich bus company tweeted: 'Expect delays to Service 38 due to an RTC blocking Mile Cross Lane, near Vulcan Rd'.
The ambulance service said there were no casualties.
The vehicle was responding to a 999 call, but a spokesman said the control room had diverted other resources and there was no disruption.
He added that the crash would be investigated.
