A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Weeting.
Emergency services were called to the incident on South Park at around 6.10am this morning, where a Renault had collided with a lamp post.
The man, who is in his 40s, was taken to West Suffolk Hospital with serious injuries, which are not thought to be life threatening.
The road was closed at the Park View junction until the vehicle was recovered, but has now reopened.
A fire crew from Methwold assisted one person from the vehicle following the collision and made the vehicle and surrounding area safe.
