A man in his 30s was injured in an off-road motorbike accident last night.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called to land near Gorleston Lane at 6.54pm yesterday where a man had suffered serious leg injuries.
An ambulance, an ambulance officer, a SARS critical care paramedic and the East Anglian Air Ambulance were scrambled to the scene, with the air ambulance landing in a field just after 8pm.
Captain Chris Sherriff flew Anglia Two and its clinical team, while Dr Jeremy Mauger and critical care paramedic (CCP) Ben Caine assessed and treated the patient on scene, alongside SARS CCP Rod Wells.
The injured man was taken to the James Paget University Hospital where his condition is described as stable.
