Update: Holiday makers’ caravan catches fire in West Runton on Cromer Road

Fire crews were called to the scene of a caravan fire in West Runton.
Two appliances from Cromer and Sheringham attended the fire which happened outside a shop on Cromer Road today.
Dave “Hubba” Roberts, who saw the fire, said it happened just outside the hand car wash.
He said: “Some one said there was smoke coming out of the caravan.
“The fire started when the element in the water heater caught fire.”
The crews, who were called out at just after 10.40, wore breathing apparatus and extinguished using hose reel jets.
A positive pressure ventilation fan was used to clear excess smoke.
There were no casualties.
