Emotional tributes have been paid to 25-year-old Daniel Casteleiro who died in a crash in Oulton.
Mr Casteleiro, of Payne Street, Lowestoft, was driving a Renault Clio, on Parkhill, Oulton at about 8.25am on Saturday when it hit a tree.
It is thought Mr Casteleiro lost control of the vehicle while travelling along Parkhill and hit a tree resulting in the vehicle flipping.
His grieving family have released a statement this afternoon that pays tribute to him.
It says: 'Daniel Casteleiro, 25 years old, suddenly and sadly passed away on Saturday, the result of a fatal collision on his way to work in Blundeston.
'Daniel's world revolved around his work and his family, who would hear the tales every evening of what he had done during the day. He was so proud of his achievements.
'He had a heart of gold but wore it on his sleeve. Daniel loved everyone, he was so honest and loyal, such a trustworthy young man. A dear son, grandson, loving brother, uncle, cousin and loyal friend, someone to be proud of. Never to be forgotten.'
Flowers have also been left at the scene of the fatal crash and many tributes to him have been made on Facebook, with comments such as 'Rip Daniel u was one top bloke and had many good times', 'U always knew how to put a smile on someone's face such a caring guy' and 'A beautiful, kind young man. Simply devastating news'.
Mr Casteleiro was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other people were in the car.
A section of the road was closed for six hours while forensic collision investigators carried out their enquiries to establish a cause of the crash and debris was cleared from the area
Sgt Steven Fisk, who was investigating the fatal crash, said it was thought Mr Casteleiro lost control before the car hit a tree.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash to come forward.
