Two people have been taken to hospital after suffering injuries in a road traffic collision at Thursford near Fakenham this afternoon.

The A148, where the crash occurred at around 2pm, is blocked and police have advised people to avoid the area.

Police said the crash involved three vehicles: a car, a transit van and a pickup truck.

A man in his 30s has suffered leg and arm injuries and an elderly man has back injuries.

Both men were taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn, where they are being treated.

A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said the injuries were not life-threatening.
