The B1146 Dereham Road was partially blocked with traffic queueing in both directions at the B1146 Draytonhall Lane junction, following a three-car crash which happened shortly before midday.

A police spokesman said there were five people involved with very minor injuries, and nobody required hospital treatment.

Earlier, two cars collided on the A47 at Wendling at about 11.15am, closing the road both ways between Dereham Road and Dale Road.

It caused long delays in both directions between the Wendling turn off and Scarning.

Both roads have since been re-opened.
