Emergency services have been called to an industrial estate in Thetford after two workmen got stuck on a roof.
The pair were stranded on the roof of the industrial premises in Howlett Way after the hydraulic ladder they were losing broke down.
A fire crew from Thetford were called to the building at around 2.30pm to help get the men down.
Police and ambulance crews were also called to the scene, although neither of the men is thought to be injured.
