Two BMWs have been broken into and gadgets stolen in incidents in Lakenheath.

Police are urging motorists to take care to lock their cars after the break-ins in Caudle Avenue overnight between February 26 and 27.

The first theft saw a laptop and Apple iPod stolen from inside an insecure BMW 3 series.

In the other, a BMW 5 series was broken into but nothing was taken.

Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to contact PC Alex Kelly at Mildenhall Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
