Cheese has been missing for more than two weeks. He is described as a “lovely” and “friendly” cat who has been microchipped. Over the years, he has survived being hit by a car, broken his jaw and injured one of his legs. He went missing just before the snow.

His owner, Philippa Rudd, said they were “heartbroken” at his disappearance. Anyone with information, should call Ms Rudd on 07900 546114.

  • I'm sure the owners have already done this- but if not, contact all vets in the area and all rescue centres as sometimes micro chips, brilliant as they are, are not 100%. Get him registered on the 'lost and found' sites on-line. Ask all neighbours in quite a large radius of home to check their shedsgarages in case he crept in to shelter. I really hope he turns up.
