Firefighters spent less than 15 minutes dealing with a three vehicle collision near Lowestoft.

Crews from Beccles and Lowestoft South, and the rescue appliance, were called to the A146 at Barnby at 5.42pm today (Friday) following reports of a collision between a minibus, van and car.

The crash happened on the Barnby bends, and on arrival at the scene the crews found that there were “no persons trapped,” according to a brigade spokesman.

Crews spent time at the scene making vehicles safe and had left by 5.55pm.
